Aftert serving in the US NAVY, M. Wagner began his writing career in motorsports press relations followed by thirty-plus years in the world of corporate communications. Buoy in the Fog is Wagner's first fictional endeavor. An avid boater and Scuba Diver, Wagner divides his time between Los Angeles and the Hamptons of New York.
