Katherine Elam Simpson is the author of "Broken Beyond Recognition" and a licensed, ordained minister. After completing her education at the Saints of Value Ministry Training Center and Esther Mallett International Bible University, she founded the empowerment ministry, Women Waving the Banner of Freedom. She and her husband, LaFrance, have five, children and pastor New Region for Christ Church.
