This study aimed to discover the impact of mobile banking apps on customer satisfaction in Sri Lanka. The study recommends that banks in their provision of mobile banking services should make huge efforts towards building trust with customers. Their ability to provide services with ultimate honesty especially with regard to customers' expectations and prove without a reasonable doubt is a crucial factor for empowering its customers.
