Mukarrum Ahmed, Lecturer in Business Law, Lancaster University Dr Mukarrum Ahmed is Lecturer in Business Law at Lancaster University and a barrister of Lincoln's Inn. He has a PhD in Law from the University of Aberdeen, where he was the recipient of a fully funded Doctoral Scholarship and the Principal's Excellence Award. His first book, The Nature and Enforcement of Choice of Court Agreements (Hart/Bloomsbury), was published in 2017. He has published in leading law journals including the Law Quarterly Review and the Journal of Private International Law.
