This book was written because for far too long the deception of family secrets and our sins have caused many to believe lies and fall into the traps of the enemy. Throughout this book, I will express some of my failures, how I overcame obstacles in my life, and how I broke my silence to annihilate the demonic forces that could attack my seeds. The enemy has a way of misleading people with illusions. He is the deception virus that affects generation after generation causing people to fail and live in bondage. He entices and lures people in as his prey and attacks their dreams, confidence, self-worth, faith, and future. He also tries to block the path that God has already laid out to lead them to their destiny. An end has to be brought to this now because I am a bloodline breaker. I pray that as you read this book that you overcome obstacles placed before you, break every generational curse, and that you seek truth and not lies. I pray that you are able to go to another level while you build your faith muscles knowing that you are not alone. I pray that you are able to forgive yourself and others who have violated or lied to you. Forgiveness is for you, so you can live. You are worth it! There is good news! There is a God who can deliver us from anything that we surrender to Him.

Autorenporträt

Dr. Theresa Ross-Jones was born in Tuskegee Alabama to Roosevelt Ross Sr. and the late Marva Jean Ross. She currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Master of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from Alabama A&M University. She has also received an Adult Education Specialist degree in addition to a Ph.D. in Adult education from Auburn University. Dr. Ross-Jones has worked for the The Alabama Cooperative Extension System for the past 13 years in the Family and Consumer Science department where she serves in the capacity of a Program Team Coordinator and a Regional Extension Agent (Educator) for the Family Resource Management and Workforce Development Team. While working for the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (Auburn University) and after also having worked for the USDA Farm Service Agency, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services, Tuskegee University, and Alabama A&M University, Dr. Ross-Jones has served in fifty-two counties in the State of Alabama. During her overall career, she has presented over 2,200 presentations at trainings and workshops relating to agriculture, financial, consumer, and workforce development education for youth and adults. She has developed over 350 partnerships with schools, churches, and community groups in the counties where she currently works. She practices using a holistic approach to meet the spiritual, personal, and educational needs of people to empower them to be the best they can be, as well as assist them to become productive members of our society by making sound financial decisions, consumer, and career development choices. She also writes poetry and has two unpublished CD's of poetry. Dr. Ross-Jones is the wife of Dwight Jones, and the mother of five beautiful young ladies, Alexia, Alizha, Shamel, Tenesha, and Ashlie. She is a Christian, breast cancer survivor and loves the Lord. Overall, as an educator, changing the lives of youth and adults in the community is something she enjoys doing. Theresa has a love for people and only wants them to change for the better, reach their destiny in this life, and most of all; live a saved life by developing a personal relationship with God. She believes that all people deserves a second chance in life and everyone has a story, a purpose, unique gifts, and talents that should be use for the glory of God.
