Hajer Debbabi-Hamza es doctora en ciencias de la alimentación por la Universidad de París 7 y actualmente es profesora-investigadora en el Instituto Nacional Agronómico de Túnez. Es responsable del equipo de "alimentación y salud" y sus campos de investigación están relacionados con la mejora de la calidad de los alimentos, sanitaria, nutricional y sensorial.
