The teaching of rhythmic music in basic education in different Latin American countries is somewhat irregular, because the teaching of music is given in the area of art education, being impossible in some cases because the area teachers are trained only in one of the art forms (Music, Dance, Plastic Arts, Theater), limiting the teaching in the area of their training. Born in Huaraz, he is an art teacher in the mention of plastic arts, whose formation was made in the ESFA-A of his hometown; he made studies of academic complementation in the UNMSM of Lima, he made studies of master's degree in Education, in the César Vallejo University of North Lima. He is a teacher of EBR of the Ministry of Education since 1998.
