Bobby Owsinski hat als Produzent, Aufnahme-Engineer, Gitarrist und Keyboarder gearbeitet, war als Komponist und Arrangeur für eine Vielzahl von größeren und kleineren Künstlern tätig und hat an Kinofilmen und Fernseh-Shows mitgewirkt. Er war einer der ersten, die sich eingehend mit Surround-Sound-Mixing beschäftigten und hat mehr als 200 Surround-Sound-Projekte und DVD-Produktionen für solch namhafte Stars wie Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, The Ramones und Chicago durchgeführt. Bobby Owsinski Gesellschafter in der DVD-Produktionsfirma Surround Associates sowie bei 2B Media, die sich auf "Content Creation" für Shows spezialisiert haben. Er hat viele hundert Fachartikel über Audio- und Recording-Themen für eine Vielzahl von Fachzeitschriften geschrieben und ist Autor einer Reihe von Büchern.
