Having been lucky enough to have grandparents who lived in Blanchester while she was growing up, Robyn Stone-Kraft has always had a soft spot for the quiet, rural village. Beyond dreaming of farming, she is a writer and a professor in Cincinnati. She was greatly assisted by the Blanchester Historical Society, which provided access to a vast collection of photographs as well as boundless knowledge of area history. Richard Read has been a resident in Blanchester for over 30 years.
