Mateusz Skutnik (also named Murtaugh by his fans after the in-game character) is the author of the Submachine series, as well as many other notable series of games, including the Covert Front, Daymare Town, the 10 Gnomes games series, and an array of "The Squirrel Family" games. He has recently finished Submachine 9, which was released on March 14th, 2014. On June 9th, 2010 Mateusz released the long awaited Submachine Exploration Project which was renamed Submachine Network Exploration Experience.
