In this way, the creation of a National Council of Bioethics arises as a pertinent creation, which will promote a scenario of interdisciplinary dialogue, providing the Law with new sources from which to draw. There is a need for research, scientific and academic interaction between Law and other disciplines, as Bioethics is currently taking on a relevant role in legal thinking, to the extent that it elucidates the human from the point of view of social ethics. For its part, Law is a legal discipline that listens to social signs. It is therefore necessary to advance a dialogue between these disciplines in order to address human, ethical and moralproblems that go hand in hand with social evolution.
