Dr. Deepika Vats completed her Ph.D in Zoology in 2007,from Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar under the supervision of Dr. D. R Khanna. She is a gold medalist, having award of appreciation and award of honour from O.I.M.T Rishikesh or Hindu Pg. College Moradabad from I.A.E.S. She is a fellow of F.A.S.E.A and published 23 research papers.
