At the same time, the priority of the spiritual basics taken from the Bible allows to state the idea that Europe had been the region which generated a special type of civilization where the attitude towards the person and his rights is inseparably linked with economic development and policy. The origins and the reasons of the cross-culture collisions which had been manifested during an antiquity era, and also typical trends of development of cultures are good model for the analysis of modern cross-culture problems and for forecasting of possible options of their decision in the situation of collision of civilizations.
