She decides to leave him, but Pilsung flies to Yanbian to look for her and attempts to smuggle himself into North Korea.
Autorenporträt
Mann Hyung Hur graduated from Konkuk University in Seoul, Korea, and earned a Ph.D. in public policy at the University of Colorado at Denver, USA. He is currently a professor at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea. He has published a novel entitled Cyber Beatrice in Korea in 1995, which was the beginning of his professional writing career. He was invited to write serialized stories in the Digital Times and Weekly Donga in Korea. In addition to novels, he has also published more than ten nonfiction books. Beyond the Division has been excerpted from the serialized story collection Nine Stairs@Omega and rewritten into a novella.
