Benjamin Ewert is Professor of Health Policy and Health Professions in the Department of Health Sciences at the Fulda University of Applied Science. Kathrin Loer is Professor of Political Science in the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences, Osnabrück. Eva Thomann is Professor of Public Administration in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz.
