In this study, the leave and peels of pomegranate plants, Wonderful variety, were manually separated and mechanically pressed to obtain their crude juices. The latter materials were subjected for the determination of gross chemical composition of leave and peels crude juices of pomegranate plant parts, estimation of certain phytochemicals and to quantify the total phenols, flavonoids, tannins and anthocyanins of pomegranate crude juices, qualitative and quantitative characterization of polyphenolic compounds in pomegranate leave and peel crude juices by HPLC apparatus and assessment of the antioxidant activities of peels and leavecrude juices of pomegranate plant by determining the DPPH, reducing power and designing induction period by rancimat apparatus.
