MICHAEL D. NOVAKOSKI is the CEO, president, and co-owner of Elzinga & Volkers. Elzinga & Volkers is an eight-time recipient of West Michigan¿s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award, including six Elite Awards and one at the national level. Mike is a member of the Young Presidents¿ Organization (YPO) and is committed to lifelong learning. He holds a degree in construction management and an MBA. Mike currently lives in Grand Haven, Michigan with his wife and four children.
