Maria Ashworth is an award-winning author of multiple picture books. Her adult short stories have published in literary contests and a women's anthology. She's been featured in Story Monsters Ink, interviewed on Fox News, featured in the Houston Chronicle, and a podcast with NPR.When not writing, publishing, hosting story time, attending school visits or volunteering she's a mother to two and loves being a Nana to her grand-babies.
