Sebastiaan Kodden (Ph.D., M.Sc BA, B.Sc BA, LL.M.) is an internationally recognized leadership expert and bestselling author. Before becoming part of Nyenrode's Center for Leadership and Management Development, Sebastiaan had been an entrepreneur for almost his entire professional career. At the age of 27, Bas' spirit called on him to leave his job as a managing legal worker and to start up his first organization, a recruitment firm which developed into a group of specialized agencies with several offices and many employees. Being the managing director for 12,5 years he left the company in 2010 to conduct further academic research on leadership and personal development at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and to mentor and train young aspiring professionals to become future leaders. Sebastiaan had the privilege to speak to tens of thousands of people on seminars, congresses and festivals throughout Europe who, like you, value what it takes to become a great leader.
