Dr. Arkady Dolginov is a Full Professor of Astrophysics and an author of over two hundred scientific papers and several manuscripts. Over his career, he has been the Head of the Department of Theoretical Astrophysics at Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute, Russia, and worked at various universities in Russia and USA.
