In this developing world, everyone wants their work to be done fast and efficiently, ranging from businessmen to athletes. Athletes have to take the small steps carefully. From the diet to the schedule followed, everything must be perfect. So how would it be if some of these steps are automated or the time for performing them is reduced and can have slight relaxation in some parts of their lifestyle and focus more on other important areas. We have developed an AI Trainer to enhance Athlete's movements. This provides the Athletes better accuracy of their movements and makes them self-reliant. AI Trainer is more accurate than the human eye. The AI Trainer that we have developed helps an athlete overcome the need of a physical trainer. The dataset is preprocessed to filter out irrelevant data and then coordinates of significant body parts are found. This dataset is used for training and testing of the random forest classifier. The random forest classifier classifies the image given by the user as jab or squat or bhujangasana. The input image is compared with the ideal image of that particular position.
