The pace of development for HE is equivalent to a nation's prosperity since interconnected issues such as democracy; human rights, social justice, globalization, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, science and technology require inclusive partnerships with the educational sector to guarantee sustainable community development. The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality assurance in good corporate financial governance. The study population included four cohorts, the vote holder group, the financial service chain, accredited suppliers and the store accountants, materials and maintenance department for stocks.

Prof Charles FOKUNANG is currently the Director of Students' Affairs in the University of Bamenda, Cameroon. He holds a PhD in Phytopathology, specialized in Pesticide Chemistry and Toxicology, MSc in Biotechnology and an Executive masters of Business administration (EMBA)., a consultant in clinical trials.
