Patient satisfaction with anesthesia services was low 72.3 % in our setup compared with many previous studies, and females more dissatisfied 42.4 % than males 57.6 %. Factors that affected patient satisfaction negatively may be preventable or enhanced. Further study should be done and patient satisfaction give an emphasis.
