The study was designed to evaluate the existing condition of Information and Communication Technology skills of students in selected secondary schools in the Division of Antipolo City particularly in District II-C and II-D. The teacher and student respondents perceived their automation skills as satisfactory while the skill in internet browsing was evaluated by the respondents as "poor". It was also found out in the study that there is no significant difference on the level of computer skills as evaluated by the two groups of respondents with respect to the aspects: Basic Computer & Operating Skills, System, PowerPoint Presentation Editing, Spreadsheet and Data Processing Skills, Communicating Skills and Entertainment Skills. Only in Research Skills that there was significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents It was also revealed in the study that the student-respondents performed satisfactory in information and communication technology subject and that level of computer skills and ICT performance are significantly related to each other.
