Many pharmacological studies have been conducted to describe multiple biological actions of curcumin. It is a popular spice and food additive widely used in South Asian and Middle Eastern countries.In the present study the in-vivo evaluations as a significant alteration of the various parameters in mice shows the potent anti-cancer and antioxidant activity of the curcumin. This study also reported the effect of curcumin by different routes of administration and comparative data of anti-cancer efficacy.
