Jürgen Rüland is Professor of Political Science in the Department of Political Science at the University of Freiburg. Gunter Schubert is Chair Professor of Greater China Studies at the Institute of Chinese and Korean Studies, Eberhard Karls University in Tuebingen. Günter Schucher is senior research fellow at the GIGA Institute of Asian Studies in Hamburg. Cornelia Storz is Professor for Japanese Economy in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.
