Arnold Cruz (born December 21, 1971 in El Progreso) is a retired Honduran football defender. He last played for Platense in Liga Nacional de Honduras. He was also regular called up for the Honduran national team until 2000. He retired in 2008 and became assistant coach for Nahúm Espinoza at Platense. Within the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield player whose primary role is to prevent the opposition from attacking.
