Vic Watts combines an academic background in history, psychology and an MBA with career experiences that have offered unique insights into national security, law enforcement, government, and the inner-workings of military special operations. As the former CEO of a personal protection & safety firm, he had the opportunity to gain extraordinary exposure to government officials within the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and Customs and Border Protection as well as several state and federal officials regarding the ever-evolving terrorist threat against the U.S.. An appointment by the NC Speaker of the House to the Criminal Justice Information Network Governing Board and the chance to work directly with Gen. David L. Grange, a former Delta Force Deputy Commander furthered this exposure to the complexities of national safety and security. Collectively these experiences have provided a background allowing dynamic elements of reality to be intertwined into his debut novel, ARMAGEDDON DAWNING - THE RISE OF KHARON.
