Ilan Manor is a PhD candidate at the Department of International Development at the University of Oxford. His research areas include digital diplomacy, public diplomacy, network analysis, and framing theory. His analysis of America's online nation branding activities was recently published in Digital Diplomacy: Theory and Practice (Routledge, 2015). His latest article, published in The Hague Journal of Diplomacy, included a comparison of the digital diplomacy activities of eleven foreign ministries.
