It approached the pharmaceutical companies in Egypt both local and multinational to collect the data and it is limited only for the pharmaceutical industry. Also in this book the writer defined some key terms under the title of Alternatives for Dispute Resolution (ADR). Then went deeply in defining the Arbitration and the advantages and disadvantages of Arbitration. The writer also discussed the pharmaceutical market in more details and the researcher showed that the global pharmaceuticals market is very huge. This study showed that the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Companies are fully aware with the benefits of the Arbitration and they use it in their contracts since 2007 whether local or multinational companies.

Il est diplômé de la faculté de pharmacie de l'université du Caire, puis il a étudié le MIBA à l'ESLSCA Business School - Égypte.
