Dr. Elsie Reyes Cook completed her Ph.D in Organizational Leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2007. From 1995 to 2000 she served as an educator, missionary, and church planter in India. She has extensive experience in missionary leadership and training. Currently, she & her husband, Todd, live in Hayward. California.
