The monograph contains three chapters stating the algorithms of image sampling rate conversion, the technique of interpolation of a TV image with splines of the third and fifth degrees, and the technique of restriction of the width of the two-dimensional spectrum of an image performed in the digital low-pass filter before decreasing this image sampling rate are developed.
