A person may be satisfied with the salary and also with colleagues; however, the same person may be dissatisfied with his or her employer, the physical location of the workplace, among other factors. A person who is dissatisfied with his or her existing job thinks negatively towards it. At the same time, a person who is satisfied with his orher existing job has thought positively towards it. Therefore, it is important for the administration to achieve job satisfaction.
