The first part is advances in systems and it is dedicated to applications of the artificial neural networks, evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence, artificial immune systems, fuzzy system, autonomous and multi-agent systems, machine learning, other intelligent systems and related areas. In the second part, machine learning and other intelligent algorithms for design of control/control analysis are covered. The last part covers advancements, modifications, improvements and applications of intelligent algorithms.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar is currently working as Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, MNIT Jaipur, India. He has about 24 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has 10 project grants (75 lakhs total) to his credit. He has published 473 research papers (journals: 150, SCI: 110, non-SCI: 40, conferences: 270, white paper: 01, IEEE smart grid, book chapters: 12, books: 02). He also has 12 patents to his credit. He is Associate Editor for IEEE Access, IEEE ITeN (Industrial Electronics technology News), Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, IET Renewable and Power Generation, IET Power Electronics, IEEE ITeN (Industrial Electronics technology News) and International Journal of Bio-Inspired Computing. His research interests include computational intelligence, intelligent systems, machine learning, power conversion and management, smart grid and robotics. Dr. Rajeev Kumar Dohare is currently working as Associate Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India. Dr. Kumar has carried out extensive research in various areas of theory and practice of advanced process control, process modeling and simulation, waste water treatment, process optimizations and applications of fluid mechanics at nano- and micro-levels. He has published more than 70 papers in international refereed journals and conferences. He has supervised 12 B.Tech. and 9 Master theses. He has delivered more than 10 expert talks in various conferences, workshops and short-term courses. Dr. Kumar has been a very active member of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE), and presently, he is working as Regional Honorable Treasurer of IIChE Jaipur Regional Centre. He is also an active member of Indian Desalination Association. Dr. Harishchandra Dubey is currently working as Machine Learning Scientist II, Intelligent Conversation and CommunicationsCloud (IC3) - AI team, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, WA, USA. He is an expert in applied machine learning on data from different domains such as audio, speech, pathological voice, text, photoplethysmography (PPG), phonocardiogram (PCG), electrocardiography (ECG), medical image sequences, multimedia images, respiration rate extraction, digital communication signals and geo-spatial data. He has published 35 research papers. His research interests include deep/machine learning; audio & speech processing; speaker diarization and verification; speech activity detection; speech recognition; audio event detection & classification; signal processing; wearable IoT; biomedical signal processing; smart & connected health; edge & fog computing. Dr. Vinay Pratap Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India. Prior to joining MNIT Jaipur, he was Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Raipur, India. He has about 6 years of teaching and research. He has 3 project grants (about 20 lakhs) to his credit. He has published about 45 research papers in national and international conferences and journals of repute. His research interests include interval systems, controller design, artificial intelligence, optimization and desalination systems.
