A former student of Marine and Environmental Engineering. After
completing the bachelor degree started working on Potable
water and other related fields (wasterwater treatment...etc).
Under the guidance of Prof. Jimmy Gao a pioneer of Underground
water in Taiwan. Worked a full course of two and a half years
and earned a M. Sc. degree.
