Powder microscopy exhibited the presence of Calcium oxalate crystals, epidermal out growth and trichomes. The TE and TA extracts were subjected to preliminary phytochemical investigation, the results of phytochemical investigation revealed the presence of flavonoids, glycosides, triterpenoid and tannins. TE and TA extracts were subjected for in-vitro and in-vivo anticancer activity. TE and TA extracts revealed the antitumor activity.
