The present investigations were intended to evaluate the Antiemetic activity of certain Spices of Lahore. Following spices were selected for the whole investigation. After treatment of aqueous extracts the frequency of retching of Punica granaum Citrus sinensis were 25.3 ± 1.45 ± &28.0 ±1.73respectively which statistically proved significant at P0.01 from the control (87.0 ±1.15 & 68.3 ±1.76 respectively ) value.
