This is an exploratory comparative research with the objective of understanding how archetypes, symbols and myths correlate and dialogue in the same sense in the construction of religious experience. James G. Frazer (1854-1941), E.E. Evans-Pritchard (1902-1973), Marcel Mauss (1872-1950) and Claude Lévi-Strauss (1908-2009) are the anthropologists who have delved into the subject at some point, essential for the understanding of myths, rites and magic inserted in culture. Carl G. Jung (1875-1961), Mircea Eliade (1907-1986) and Joseph Campbell (1904-1987) compose the theoretical conceptual scope about how Archetypes, Symbols and Myths are intimately connected with the transcendence of what is most sacred in the history of human cultures, in religiosity and its manifestations, and reaffirm the existence of individuals in the infinite forms of the exercise of approximation with the Sacred, mainly, in the essential search for the experience of being alive.
