Autorenporträt
Dr. Michael Arnheim is a practicing London Barrister and Sometime Fellow of St. John's College, Cambridge. He started life as a Classicist, and his Cambridge Ph.D. dissertation was published as a book by the Oxford University Press. He was then elected a Fellow of St. John's College, where he did a good deal of teaching as well as research. At the age of 31 he was invited to take up the position of full Professor and Head of the Department of Classics back at his old university in South Africa. He returned to Britain, where he was called to the Bar in 1988. He has combined his legal practice with teaching and writing, including the book US Constitution for Dummies, published by Wiley, which is now in its second edition.
