Produktbeschreibung
One morning while Carleen Chase was taking her daily walk, she found herself troubled by feelings of emptiness and sadness-again. She asked the question many of us ask: "How do I stop feeling this way?" To her surprise, an ethereal teacher and guide, whom she calls "the voice," answered her call for help. He invited her on a journey: an ongoing, daily dialogue that would first comfort, then heal, and ultimately transform her. Carleen soon realized that the voice's messages were not meant for her alone, so she gathered them into this book. The 95 lessons in "And So It Is" are a gift for us all: a healing balm for our hurting world. They will teach you to lift up your thoughts, change your perception of the world around you, release your wounded self-and naturally create one beautiful day after another. If you are lonely, depressed, uneasy, trapped in the past, or worried about the future; if you are insecure, uncertain of your own worth, or unable to stop dancing with your resentments; if you seek peace, or desire to quiet the negative chatter in your mind . . . these lessons are for you. "You are loved, and you are never alone. It is your time. If not now, when?"
