It is about an analysis of women's work as a results booster at the branches of Caixa Econômica Federal in Garanhuns-PE, which presents as a questioning problem: how do women, as collaborators of a banking institution, act to achieve the desired results within the agencies of Caixa Econômica Federal in the municipality of Garanhuns-PE? The general objective is to analyze the work of women as a driver of results in the branches of Caixa Econômica Federal in the municipality of Garanhuns. Furthermore, in order to better understand the subject, a quantitative field research was adopted, seeking to deepen the theme discussed in this work. As a main result of the study it was found that a considerable number of respondents of Caixa Econômica Federal in the city of Garanhuns-PE understands its value and importance as a driver of results. With the research it became possible to observe that although the female employees sometimes realize that changes are needed so that they can increasingly play an equal role in the workplace, they have achieved some achievements.
