The objectives of this research are to identify and analyse the causes that originate it, developing and proposing alternatives and/or solution strategies. In this case, the observation of the problem is carried out, as well as the consultation of opinion to elements intrinsic to the investigation, knowing and registering every detail of the situation; with this, a clear and precise vision of the details and information necessary to diagnose the situation found and of data of interest for the contents of the proposal is achieved.
