WaveGuide is a single Conductor hollow metallic structure. The Transverse Electric wave Or Transverse Magnetic wave is propagated through a waveguide with the internal reflection from the inner wall. The waveguide study and analysis began in 1935. The scientist has given various techniques and simulating the result in different software. In 1986 C.S.LEE, S.W.LEE and S.L.CHUNG have studied the entire 30 possible modes in Circular waveguide. In this thesis, 41 possible Mode for Transverse Electric and Transverse magnetic waves are analyzed, along with all basic parameters like cutoff frequency, cutoff wavelength phase velocity, Group velocity, Group wavelength, propagation constant, attenuation constant, phase constant, power handling capacity, and Impedance for transverse electric and magnetic wave for a given structure parameter and operating frequency. In the Cavity Resonators section, Field pattern, Quality factor, and Resonance frequency are calculated and observed with the different modes and given exciting frequency. the change of resonance frequency and Quality factor with a different dielectric material is investigated.
