The programme was evaluated against five broad themes thus relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. In doing so the evaluation adopted cross sectional study design employing qualitative and quantitative data collection methods to measure the program outcomes and impacts.The programme was highly relevant. The appropriateness of the programme was visibly observed through its targeting of the programme beneficiaries. The programme was noted to be effective in facilitating the availability of and increasing access to SRH, HIV AND AIDS information and services, increasing awareness and knowledge of SRH, HIV and AIDS information.
