Autorenporträt
Adeoye A. Akinsanya, Ph.D, a professor of political science at the Tai Solarin University of Education, in Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State Nigeria, studied at The Universities of Ibadan,Chicago, and Pittsburgh. He taught international economic relations and public administration at the Universities of Lagos, Ilorin, Calabar, and Uyo, Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, University of South Carolina, Columbia, and the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. Akinsanya has received various fellowships (Ford Foundation, Fulbright, World Society Foundation, and Commonwealth University Academic Staff Fellowships). He has published widely in the field of political economy. John Adebunmi Ayoade, a professor of political science obtained his Ph.D in political science from the University of Ibadan where he later taught until his retirement. He is an adjunct professor at the African Studies Center, University of Pennsylvania. Ayoade was a Fulbright scholar at the Boston University; president of the Nigerian Political Science Association, 1988-1990; director of studies at the defunct Centre for Democratic Studies, Abuja, 1990-1995; and dean of The Faculty of Social Sciences. Ayoade has published widely in comparative politics and international relations.
