Mohammed Yaichi was born on 1980 in Algeria. Since 2009, he is with the Photovoltaic Pumping Team, Research Unit in Renewable Energies in The Saharan Medium. His research interests include a study on performance improvement of a stand-alone photovoltaic systeme, variable-speed ac motor drives, and different multilevel inverter circuit topologies.
