This book summarizes the research paper (HDR) of Emmanuelle Maitre de Pembroke, a researcher at the LIRTES laboratory. Its aim is to retrace the scientific foundations that have marked her career and that she uses to approach the professional teaching gesture. From a historical perspective, this book shows that a major movement has taken place in research across the human sciences, aimed at putting subjectivity back at the heart of concerns. These fields (language, anthropology, psychology) are nourished and enriched by phenomenological currents, and the emergence of the enaction paradigm demonstrates just how fruitful these contributions are. After clarifying the concepts of subjectivity and professional gesture, the innovative approach of psycho-phenomenology and the explicitation interview is presented. The author demonstrates the coherence of this approach with this fundamental movement in the human sciences. Finally, the book presents research on professional gestures and shows how this approach, which enables us to grasp the micro and pre-conscious dimensions, promotes reflexivity.
