The architectural aim of the project is the consolidation of the National Department of Home Affairs and the design of the headquarters of this department.

Louise de Villiers obtained a M.Sc Urbanism at TU Delft, The Netherlands, in 2003, and went to complete an M. Arch (Prof) at University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2010. She is currently working in South Africa as architect / urban designer.
