Jamile K. Maldonado Santana, nacida en Ecuador el 24 de noviembre de 1977. Docente Universitaria. Titulos obtenidos como Ingeniera en Sistemas y Computacion, Master en Administracion de Empresas y actualmente cursa el doctorado en el programa de Economia de la Universidad del Zulia.
