A detail calculations on MNNi3 (M = Zn, Mg, Cd, Al, In, Ga, Sn and Cu)has been calculated. Since ZnNNi3 is a superconducting materials so one can easily compare the different properties of MNNi3 with it. The optical properties of MNNi3, e.g. the dielectric function, the reflectivity,the optical absorption coefficient, the optical conductivity the energy loss function and the refractive index have also been evaluated. The prominent features in the spectra of the optical parameters are discussed.
